Once you have entered your personal and payment information and submitted your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order. When we send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order, your order is accepted and your contract with us is complete. Delivery and pick-up
Once you place an order on the website, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date. Our team will do its best to complete the delivery within the scheduled time, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered on time.
We insure all orders in transit until the goods are delivered or received. Upon receipt of the goods, you must sign an Acknowledgement of Receipt of Goods. Once signed, you begin to assume responsibility for the merchandise. If the recipient of the goods is not the original purchaser, or if the delivery is a gift, you accept the signature of the above person as proof of delivery, signifying that we have completed the order and accepted the associated assignment of responsibility. We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Return an item
Because we want to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible, we have a free, no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it for a full refund.
a) Returns may be made within 7 days of order.
b) The merchandise being returned must be in its original condition. That is, they must be unused/unworn, undamaged and in their original branded packing boxes and bags, with all price tags intact.
If you wish to return an item, please complete the return form you received upon receipt and return the item to our address in its original packaging. If you have not kept your purchase form, please call our Customer Service Team. We will send it to you via email.
Please note that shipping charges for returning an item will not be refunded.
